To maintain the look of your Straight Ponytail, gently brush it with a specialise hair extensions brush, to remove any tangles. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use, (the box is perfect for this) and avoid exposing it to excessive heat (over 180 degrees) to keep it looking its best.

To find the perfect colour match, compare the ponytail shade with your natural hair in natural light. If you’re unsure, reaching out to our customer support team can help you get the perfect recommendation for your hair colour!

The Straight Ponytail is designed to work well with various hair types. However, it is best suited for those with medium to thick hair to ensure a secure fit and a natural appearance. Those with very fine hair may find it less stable.

Fitting the Straight Ponytail is easy! Start by creating a ponytail with your natural hair. Then, choose either the quick claw clip for a fast application or the unshakeable claw clip for a more secure fit. Attach the ponytail to your natural ponytail, and you’re ready to go!
