- To create your returns label & exchange request, click here. Once completed, you’ll receive a code via email.
- You can either print the label or show the code at the post office on your phone—no printer required!
Returns – Outside of the UK
- Postage costs for international returns must be covered by the sender.
- It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure appropriate postage coverage.
- Stranded Hair Extensions cannot take responsibility for goods in transit.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

General Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unworn.

Unwanted Items:
- Refunds are processed only after the item has been delivered back to us.

Faulty Items:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed once the returned parcel is received at our head office.
- Allow 5–10 working days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
Exchanges
- Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs for exchanges depend on your location.
Taxes & Charges (International Orders)
- Customers outside the UK may be subject to import taxes and charges.
- Local customs authorities may require these charges to be paid before releasing the products.
- Stranded Hair Extensions has no control over these charges, which vary by country.

Missing Parcels
- In rare cases of delayed parcels, replacements will only be issued once the original is confirmed lost in transit.
- This process may take up to 10 working days.
