How to fit Messy Bun

Achieve the perfect messy bun effortlessly in just three steps. Whether you need a quick fix or a stylish up-do for a night out, our guide has got you covered.

Elastic attachment

  1. Tie Your Base Bun: Secure your natural hair into a small ponytail or bun at your desired height using a regular hair tie.
  2. Wrap Like a Scrunchie: Place the hairpiece over your bun and loop it around once or twice - just like a standard hair bobble - until snug.
  3. Fluff and Shape: Gently tease the curls with your fingers to expand the volume and blend it seamlessly with your own hair.

Care instructions

To keep your bun looking its best,
follow these simple care instructions.

  1. Remove your bun and gently brush through. Fill a sink with lukewarm water and submerge the bun into the sink, keeping hold of the top section.
  2. Apply a mild shampoo to the bun and gently work this in, ensuring all of the hair is clean. Rinse under the tap to remove the shampoo, then use a deep conditioner to hydrate the hair.
  3. Softly massage the conditioner in and leave for 2-3 minutes. Comb through the bun and rinse off the conditioner. Gently towel dry to remove excess water and leave to dry naturally.
  • Do: Heated styling tools are safe to maintain the original style up to 180°C
  • Don't: The original style of the hair cannot be changed.
  • Don't: Avoid using a hair dryer on Stranded Heat Resistant Hair.

This is a lovely, good quality piece. It is quite heavy and I don't have much hair to make a bun to wrap it round but I managed in the end with the aid of a couple of grips. I love it and have comments on how good it looks. I also have the flick piece too. This also looks really good. Very pleased with them both. I also have the Pony but it is a bit heavy, wish it had a pull rather than a grip claw clip as I don't have enough hair to put in it.

Bought this for an Occassion as I have fine hair and wanted alittle help and to boost confidence. Had so many people giving me compliments and the most funny part is everybody thought it was my own hair even my sister 👩 but I only see her twice a year but still very remarkable. I have been having a problem with thinning hair but I was able to achieve a beautiful look with the scrunchie. The only problem was, my hair is so thin, it just fell out & I was worried I would have to return it. Solution - I secured my hair with a bull-dog clip & wrapped the scrunchie around that. It stays put & feels very secure. My husband didn’t realise it wasn’t my own hair at first & was wondering what I had done :-) I will definitely be ordering more - it’s a great product with a very helpful colour matching service from Alex.
