How to fit Dermablend Topper

Restore natural fullness and crown volume in minutes. Here is how to apply your Dermablend topper seamlessly.

Clip-In attachment

  1. Prep and Part: Brush through your hair and create a clean part where you want the topper’s realistic scalp base to sit.
  2. Open the Clips: Pop open all the hidden, pressure-sensitive clips located underneath the topper base.
  3. Align and Secure the Front: Place the topper roughly half an inch behind your natural hairline and slide the front clip firmly into your roots to snap it shut.
  4. Fasten the Sides and Back: Hold the base lightly taut so it sits flush and flat against your scalp, then snap the side and back clips closed.
  5. Blend and Style: Gently comb your natural hairline and edges into the topper hair with a wide-tooth comb or brush to create an undetectable finish.

Care instructions

To keep your Human Hair Extensions looking their best,
follow these simple care instructions.

  1. Remove your Human Hair Extensions and gently brush through. Fill a sink with lukewarm water and submerge the Human Hair Extensions into the sink, keeping hold of the top section.
  2. Apply a mild shampoo to the Human Hair Extensions and gently work this in, ensuring all of the hair is clean. Rinse under the tap to remove the shampoo, then use a deep conditioner to hydrate the hair.
  3. Softly massage the conditioner in and leave for 2-3 minutes. Comb through the Human Hair Extensions and rinse off the conditioner. Gently towel dry to remove excess water and leave to dry naturally.
  • Do: Always apply a few drops of lightweight hair oil or a leave-in conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends to lock in moisture and maintain a soft, glossy shine.
  • Don't: Never sleep with the hair damp or wet, as the friction against your bedding causes severe matting and breakage.
  • Don't: Never wash your extensions with sulfate-heavy shampoos, as this strips away essential moisture and leaves the hair brittle.

I have very fine blonde hair and this product is perfect to boost the volume of my natural hair and in between washes. My hairdresser cut the product to match my own hair. I’m very happy with how natural it looks, the iris is a perfect match to my own colour. It’s extremely comfortable to wear and I’m using the product a lot, you hardly know you’re wearing it.
